HOOP blog

HOOP (Helping Overcome Obstacles in Peru) is an NGO based in Arequipa in Southern Peru. We help poor and impoverished communities outside the Arequipa city area with welfare programmes and education. Our key project is the Flora Tristan English school which acts a focal point for mother-toddler groups, medical checkups and lots of other community assistance.
